Management Team

Allen Ziegler
President
Allen Ziegler brings 23 years of management experience, 19 of those years directly in the chlorine dioxide field. Prior to his appointment as President of Resonant BioSciences, Ziegler served six years as Executive Vice President for PureLine Treatment Systems and 13 years in management with Vulcan Chemical Inc., the last five as International Business Director.

Ziegler brings extensive technical, regulatory, application management experience in a range of industries and geographies from North America to Europe, Asia and the Middle East.

 

Jeffrey M. Dotson
Vice President
Jeffrey Dotson is a veteran of the U.S. Navy, where he began honing his technical and industrial systems expertise in the Nuclear Power Program, and as an electrician on an aircraft carrier during two deployments. Since leaving the Navy, Jeff has held positions in the petro-chemical, heavy equipment manufacture, and chlorine dioxide fields, where he increased his knowledge of the real-world applications of chemical, industrial, and manufacturing processes, and mechanical engineering. Jeff’s patented machine designs have been instrumental to the development of the unique chlorine dioxide technologies at the heart of the PureMash system.

 

Steve Grassbaugh
Vice President
Finance and Administration
A Harvard alumnus, Steve Grassbaugh has over 25 years in finance and administration in a variety of industries. At Resonant BioSciences, Steve oversees all finance and accounting functions, financial statements, budgeting, forecasting, taxes, controls, insurance, banking relations, and HR functions. His extensive experience includes positions as Vice President of Finance and Administration at PureLine Treatment Systems, and CFO of Scura Speed & Technology, Inc.

 

Dan Moore
Director of Field Operations
Dan is in charge of installations and commissioning of the PureMash Systems throughout North America. Dan has worked around chlorine dioxide for more than 16 years while managing a rendering plant and heading up a field service team for a chlorine dioxide manufacturer.

 

Dr. Chenniah Nanjundiah
Technical Director
Dr. Nanjundiah has done extensive research on production and application of chlorine dioxide in various industries, including ethanol/fermentation. He has twenty-five years of experience, specializing in electrochemistry and analytical chemistry, and is a leading expert in the field of chlorine dioxide methods with an assortment of patents to his credit.
